This menu is for the Prairie du Chien meal site
only. Monthly menus for other meal sites can be found in the
Crawford County Communique distributed throughout the county.
The price to eat at all meal sites is $2.50.
Gift certificates can be purchased from the Crawford County Senior
Resources Office.
Our nutrition program offers county residents a hot Home
Delivered meals
seven days a week in Prairie du Chien and five days a week within
the
surrounding county with frozen meals delivered for the weekends.
The following criteria is used to determine eligibility for home
delivered meals.
***A person must be 60 years of age or older or be a spouse of a
person years of age who participates in the program.
***The individual must be homebound
(does not leave his or her home under normal circumstances).
***The special dietary needs of the individual can be met by meals
available.
***The individual is able to feed himself or herself or have
someone available to help feed the individual.
***The individual is unable to physically or emotionally
obtain food and prepare adequate meals.
The suggested donation for a home delivered meal is $3.00.
